DELIVERY POLICIES

Deliveries are available Tuesday thru Friday 10am-6pm and Saturday 8am-4pm. Since we cannot narrow your delivery time beyond the 2 hour window, the drivers will call you approximately 15-20 minutes before they arrive. All orders must be paid in full prior to delivery; drivers cannot accept payments.

We require more than a 24 hour advance notice from the date of buyer’s scheduled delivery to cancel or reschedule.  If buyer should cancel or reschedule within 24 hours of the delivery date, a $25 fee will be charged.  If buyer should cancel, reschedule, or not be present day of buyer’s scheduled delivery date, the buyer will be charged a full re-delivery fee. 

Our drivers are not licensed to remove furniture, you may contact Brown Elephant at (773) 549-5943 www.howardbrown.org or Chicago Furniture Bank (312) 753-8142 to have your old furniture removed before our drivers arrive. Furniture must be in good condition to be donated. We are not responsible for furniture that does not fit; take-apart service such as Brother’s Service (847) 947-4800 is available on many items.

STORE POLICIES ALL SALES ARE FINAL

No refunds, returns, or exchanges. Delivery or pick up must be scheduled within 30 days of the furniture arriving to our warehouse to avoid holding fee or possible loss of initial deposit. The holding fee is 10% of your invoice subtotal which will automatically be assessed to the invoice each month.
